Player Rights & Responsibilities

In this terms and conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "918ks" refers to the online casino platform accessible at https://918ks.com and all services provided therein.
• "Player" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using the 918ks services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a player on the 918ks platform.
• "Balance" refers to the amount of cash available in a player's account, excluding any bonus balance that has not yet met the wagering requirements.

918ks reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Any account found to contain false or misleading information will be terminated immediately, and all balances within may be forfeited at 918ks's discretion.

918ks supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods suitable for players in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and selected international bank transfers. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.

Withdrawal:

Termination by Player: Players may close their account at any time by contacting the 918ks customer support team via live chat. Prior to account closure, any valid cash balance (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

Termination by 918ks: 918ks reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that the player provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Confirmation that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Player found to be operating multiple accounts.
• Proven abuse of the bonus or promotion system.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.

In the event of termination due to a terms violation, 918ks reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the relevant account, including winnings obtained through activities that breached the terms.

918ks provides its platform "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding continuous, uninterrupted availability. However, 918ks strives to maintain an uptime exceeding 99.9% throughout the year.

• 918ks is not liable for any losses incurred due to technical disruptions beyond our control, including internet outages on the player's end, power failures, or natural disasters.
• 918ks is not responsible for any financial decisions made by players based on information found on our platform.
• 918ks's maximum total liability to any player under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

918ks reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the 918ks website.

It is the player's responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of any recent changes. The "Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the last amendment was made.

Continued use of the 918ks platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised terms. If a player does not agree with any amendment, they are entitled to close their account in accordance with the procedure outlined in Section 8.
